KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Craig Hall is CEO and Founder of HALL Group, a lifelong entrepreneur, New York Times bestselling author, philanthropist, and vintner with over five decades in real estate. He entered the industry in 1968 at age 18, building a portfolio that once included 72,000+ apartment units before shifting toward commercial real estate and launching HALL Structured Finance, which has originated over $5 billion in loans.

Today, HALL Group’s Dallas-centered portfolio includes HALL Park in Frisco and HALL Arts in the Dallas Arts District. Hall’s honors include induction into the Horatio Alger Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award — a career built on adaptability and long-term thinking.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PANEL

Michael Talley is Director of Economic Development for the City of Plano, where he leads the city’s economic development initiatives and oversees Visit Plano, the city’s destination management and marketing organization. Since taking the role in early 2026, he has focused on attracting investment, supporting local businesses, and strengthening Plano’s position as a premier destination for business and tourism. Talley brings more than a decade of community- and county-level economic development experience, with a track record in business recruitment, investment attraction, and community partnership building. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma. He was named one of Consultant Connect’s 2024 North America Top 50 Economic Developers.

Linda McMahon is CEO of the Dallas Economic Development Corporation, where she leads efforts to position Dallas as a globally competitive business destination and drive inclusive economic growth. She brings more than four decades of experience across banking, commercial real estate, and public-private partnerships, including over 30 years in banking focused on capital access and market growth. Linda has helped advance major workforce development, housing, infrastructure, and community development initiatives across the U.S., Texas, and Dallas.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT PANEL

Sree Tinnanooru is an investor and entrepreneur working at the intersection of real estate and technology. She is Managing Partner of Cash Cow Capital, with a portfolio exceeding $250 million, and CEO of American Investment Management, a wealth management firm with over $2 billion in assets under management. Sree’s experience spans commercial real estate development across all asset classes, financial engineering, and technology-driven infrastructure. Through Steel-IQ, she uses AI to build structures from steel recycled from junk cars, at a lower cost than wood. Her fiber-optic infrastructure ventures support the fast-growing data center ecosystem, and her investments span PropTech, AI, consumer packaged goods, and FinTech. Sree and her team received the 2026 UTD Tech Titans Emerging Technology Entrepreneur Award.

Vivek Kangralkar is Founder and CEO of Starcore Capital Group, a Dallas-based multifamily investment firm focused on distressed and value-add acquisitions across DFW, with approximately $90 million in AUM across 500+ units. Before real estate, Vivek spent 16+ years at Texas Instruments in global engineering and business roles. With his wife and equal co-founder, Asha Kangralkar, he built ventures including Avacraft, a cookware brand featured on Forbes Next 1000 and Good Morning America. At Starcore, Vivek leads acquisitions, capital strategy, and macro thesis, while Asha leads operations. The firm delivered a 65.4% IRR on its first realized exit and continued distributing to investors through a challenging DFW market. Vivek is now launching Starcore MF Fund I, a DFW-focused multifamily fund.

Jiger Patel is Founder and Managing Principal of Shreem Capital, an Irving-based hospitality investment and management platform with 10+ branded select- and full-service hotels across Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas under the Marriott, Hilton, and IHG flags, plus a growing collection of in-house restaurant concepts. Jiger began working alongside his brother Bhavin in the family hotel business at age twelve. After earning a degree in information systems and finance and working in IT, he returned in 2010 to lead operations. He has since transacted over $200 million in hospitality real estate, guiding the portfolio through market cycles without losing investor capital. His long-term, value-oriented approach emphasizes diversification and downside discipline. In 2017, he co-founded Shreem Capital with Bhavin and Dayakar.
