Michael Fey

Michael Fey is the Co-Founder and CEO of Island, the pioneer of the Enterprise Browser. He brings extensive experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and cloud technology, having previously served as President and COO at Symantec, President and COO of Blue Coat — which was acquired by Symantec for $4.65 billion — and EVP and General Manager for enterprise products at McAfee and CTO of Intel Security. Co-founding Island, Fey set out to reinvent the browser by building enterprise security directly into it.

Scott Harper
Co-Founder and Former CEO
Dialexa (Acquired by IBM)
Scott Harper is a Dallas-based entrepreneur and operator. He is the Co-Founder and former CEO of Dialexa, a digital product engineering firm he built from a bootstrapped startup into a 350-person company before its acquisition by IBM in 2022, where it became a cornerstone of IBM Consulting’s product engineering practice. Clients included Toyota, Boston Consulting Group, Topgolf, Deloitte, Genentech, and Audi.
Today, Scott runs his family office and is building several new ventures in stealth. He was named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® and serves on the boards of YPO Lone Star, The Hockaday School, and the SMU Computer Science Advisory Board.

Indu Jain is the Head of Technology for Capital One Sales Auto, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to the stage. She’s a passionate champion of innovation, AI, and inclusive tech leadership — and a powerhouse voice for Women in Tech right here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Indu is also a Dallas Business Journal Women in Technology Honoree and a 2026 D CEO Dallas 500 Honoree.

Naveen Bandla

Naveen Bandla oversees quantitative research, air service development, and commercial strategy at DFW Airport. He leads parking business functions, enterprise data, and AI analytics to drive data-driven decision making. With 25+ years of aviation experience, including roles at Sabre Airline Solutions, Naveen holds degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

As CIO, Simon Parkinson holds strategic and operational responsibility for all aspects of IT systems and capabilities at one of the most iconic beverage brands in the world. With over 25 years of experience across the Coca-Cola System — including a decade based in Europe — and a background at IBM UK in advanced manufacturing technology, Simon brings a truly global perspective to the stage.
His expertise spans large-scale ERP implementations, application development, business process re-engineering, governance, and project and change management.
