CHAIR
Neeti Khaitan is a highly skilled advisor with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. She is adept in customer relationship management (CRM), management, start-ups, business process outsourcing (BPO), and marketing. As a minority leader with global experience, Neeti brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her field.

Founding Chair
Ashok Mago, a Padma Shri recipient, is an entrepreneur, investor, and marketing and business strategist who has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life, education and healthcare for the needy both in the U.S. and India. He founded the Chamber in 1999 to focus the business community on the opportunities available in India and locally.

Past Chair
Raj Malik is the founder and CEO of Bioworld Merchandising Inc., the leading global manufacturer of licensed apparel and accessories. He has been a part of the North Texas business community for for over two decades, and a strong believer in the Chamber’s mission to promote growth in the community.

Chair Emeritus
Sanjeev is a Co-Founder and Chairman at GS Dallas Group. He holds a Master in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary and graduated from the Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Chair Emeritus
Sunil Maini, CPA is an experienced board member with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. He is past Chair of the the US India Chamber (National) as well as Chairman-Emeritus of the Chamber.

Chair Elect
Rajneesh Gupta is a Partner & Managing Director at AlixPartners, leading technology partnerships with companies like Microsoft and Palantir. Previously, he was the Global Head of Partnerships at Intuit, where he increased partnership revenue to $400M. Rajneesh holds a degree in mechanical engineering from State Engineering College, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management. He has participated in executive programs at Oxford and Harvard, leading him to serves on multiple boards and speak at industry conferences.

Treasurer
With an executive MBA and an MBA in international business from UT Dallas, Mahesh is a strategic and committed business leader. He has extensive experience with boards and private equity investors across various sectors. Notably, he has managed over $2.0 billion in debt and equity financing and $120 million in profit optimization. His skills include investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and building high-performing teams.

Foundation
Neel Gonuguntla is a dynamic business professional skilled in data analysis for strategic planning and operational efficiency. She is also a licensed attorney providing in-house legal services. Some of her specialties include Business Planning & Development, and Corporate Communications.

Gaurav Shekhar is a Senior Assistant Dean and Assistant Professor at UT Dallas, leading one of the world’s largest Business Analytics programs. He specializes in Business Intelligence, Sustainability Analytics, and AI/Machine Learning. With vast experience in IT, Gaurav excels in Program Management, Business Intelligence, and Business Analysis. He is also a certified ITIL trainer, conducting training and seminars in public speaking, life coaching, and leadership.

Raj serves as a private wealth advisor and managing director at Merrill Private Wealth Management, specializing in strategic and organizational planning for business owners. Raj is active in various non-profits, including The Salvation Army and the American Indian Foundation.

Satish Manduva is the CEO of IntelliSoft Technologies, Inc., where he manages platform-based solution development in Big Data, Mobile, Cloud, and Security. Satish also launched DataMorphix, a big data as a service platform, and EdBrix.com, a LMS & collaboration platform for education. He heads IT consulting services and software development across the Telecom, Insurance, Travel, and Financial industries.

Ambika is a Managing Partner at GS Dallas Group, overseeing a franchise operations company with over 200 locations across nine brands in the restaurant and services industry. Formerly the CEO of Knead for Health Group, she expanded the company’s portfolio from 5 to 32 units across several states. Ambika is also a Managing Partner at Eternal Lotus Capital Partners, a single-family office with diverse investments. An alumna of Leadership Dallas 2024. She holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors from Austin College, with additional certifications from Harvard Business School and the International Faculty of Finance. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters.

Anand Kumar is a notable entrepreneur who owns and operates over a dozen McDonald’s locations across DFW. As a franchisee, he significantly contributes to the growth of the NTX economy. Additionally, he actively supports various North Texas non-profits by providing meals and assistance.

Anbu Nachimuthu holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, an MS in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Wichita State University, and a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and CEO of Carrus Health, a healthcare company providing specialized medical services across Texas and Oklahoma.

Anurag Jain is a visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist, currently serving as CEO and Chairman of Access Healthcare, a healthcare services platform utilizing AI and RPA to transform the revenue cycle management industry. Anurag is an acclaimed leader recognized for his contributions to society and entrepreneurial achievements. He received the BITS Distinguished Alumnus Award in Public Life/Entrepreneurship/Philanthropy, as well as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 award, highlighting his exceptional impact and leadership.

Ajay Mago is a corporate and technology lawyer with a focus on complex transactional and advisory matters. As a managing partner at Maxson Mago & Macaulay, he provides legal services across multiple states. Through his extensive experience with complex transactions, he has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and a talent for developing novel, creative and constructive solutions.

Dayakar Puskoor is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dallas Venture Capital, a tech-focused venture fund. He has launched and mentored pioneering startups in cloud, AI/ML, and mobile technologies. Dayakar is also the Executive Chairman at Global Outlook. Previously, he was the CEO of JP Mobile, where he pioneered the industry’s first mobile software solutions company considered to be inventor of wireless email for the Palm PDA platform. Dayakar has also been featured in numerous publications, including Forbes.

Dinesh Bhatia is the Head of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science at UT Dallas. His work spans high-performance computing, power and energy systems, and healthcare and medical devices. He has experience in building large-scale custom computing and embedded systems, including roles as principal designer for the RACE system at Wright Laboratories of USAF and principal investigator for DARPA’s REACT program.

G.S. Saggu is a business leader with a remarkable track record of establishing profitable businesses. With global experience in executive leadership roles, including business development and operational excellence, he has led major initiatives at Tech Mahindra and Perot Systems (now NTT Data Systems). Currently, he focuses on anticipating the rapidly changing landscape and ensuring a positive impact toward global expansion on clients’ businesses.

Gurvendra Suri is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, board member, advisor, and community leader, as well as a devoted husband and father. He is the founder and CEO of The Suri Group, an early-stage and growth-focused investment firm specializing in technology and tech-enabled services. With over 40 years of experience in the tech sector, Gurvendra has been consistently recognized in the past by D CEO magazine as one of the 500 most influential business leaders, and among the top 20 in tech. He brings deep operational expertise, a strong track record of value creation, and a commitment to principled leadership to his board engagements.

Manish Vyas serves as the CEO & Managing Director of Prodapt, an AI-first business engineering and technology transformation company that partners with some of the world’s largest telecom and technology organizations. Prior to joining Prodapt, Manish served as President of the Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) Business and CEO of Network Services at Tech Mahindra.

Marc Nivet is the Executive Vice President at UT Southwestern Medical Center with extensive experience in higher education and healthcare industries. He excels in nonprofit management, program evaluation, diversity training, executive coaching, and public speaking. Marc is a skilled change management professional with degrees in healthcare and higher educational management.

Meghna Tare serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at The University of Texas at Arlington, advancing sustainability initiatives across academics, operations, and partnerships. She also leads environmental strategy as Chief Sustainability Officer for Dallas FIFA World Cup 2026. Meghna founded RCE North Texas, a UN University program, and received the 2022 UNA Global Leadership Award. She serves on national boards including the National Academies and ICLEI USA, and holds graduate degrees in Sustainable Management, Environmental Science, and Chemistry.

Dr. Ram Dantu is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of North Texas (UNT) and the founding director of the Center for Information and Computer Security. He brings more than two decades of industry experience in the networking sector, having held director roles at Cisco, Nortel, and Fujitsu, where he led advanced technology products from concept to delivery. He also played key roles in three startups: IPMobile, acquired by Cisco; Netrake, acquired by AudioCodes; and Sipera, which he helped launch with a colleague and his students and which was later acquired by Avaya.
A prolific researcher/innovator, Dr. Dantu has published more than 300 papers and holds 20 patents. Over the past 20 years, he has served as lead principal investigator on multiple multimillion‑dollar awards from the NSF, NSA, and DoD, collaborating with institutions including Columbia University, Texas A&M University, and MIT. From 2010 to 2012, he was a visiting professor at MIT.

Renda Mathew serves as Senior Vice President and Dallas Market President at Truist Financial Corporation, where she leads a team of commercial bankers delivering strategic solutions to diverse industries. With over 25 years of experience in banking, she has held leadership roles at JPMC, Regions, and CrossFirst Bank. Deeply committed to community service, Renda serves on multiple nonprofit boards supporting healthcare, education, and the arts. She is passionate about empowering women, mentoring leaders, and fostering inclusive economic growth across North Texas.

Shameer is a Partner at PSBP Law, where his practice focuses on real estate and business matters. He works with real estate developers and investors in connection with the purchase, sale, improvement, refinance, leasing, and repositioning of assets. His team has closed over $3.5B transactions since 2020, of which 85% were apartments transactions making him one of the leading multifamily attorneys in Texas. Shameer’s business law practice includes the purchase and sale of businesses, raising outside capital (including emerging companies and real estate syndicators), and outside general counsel services.
Shameer is a father to two boys and lives in Dallas. He enjoys playing baseball with his children, watching movies with his wife, and is a long-suffering Rangers, Cowboys and Mavericks fan.

Vik Thapar is a Managing Director at Cypress Growth Capital with over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and IT consulting. He serves on the Board of Directors for the US-India Chamber of Commerce and co-founded Venture Dallas, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing the DFW innovation ecosystem. Vik also frequently lectures on entrepreneurship at SMU, TCU, and UT Dallas.

Raj Daniels is an executive advisor and consultant across several verticals and is known as a strategic thinker with a passion for long-term growth and leadership development. He is the former Director of Strategic Partnerships at an Infrastructure Advisory firm. With years of experience guiding businesses and individuals toward success, Raj is known for his ability to create and execute strategic plans that foster sustainable progress.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Kamal Fulani is the Executive Director of the U.S. India Chamber of Commerce DFW. Before this role, he managed government and political relations for local and regional elected officials as part of the Government Relations team at Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART).

MEMBER SERVICES MANAGER
Adaptable and quick-learning professional with 15 years of experience in communications, administration, and project management across diverse industries, including insurance, legal services, hospitality, and nonprofits. Known for a collaborative, customer-centric approach and high-quality, innovative communications.
